We have two spaces available one is already occupied.

There is parking for 72 cars, indoor and outdoor seating, air conditioning and heating, full bar and coffee service. FairLane is open seven days a week early to late. Many current homes and soon to be built homes in the immediate area and nearby schools.

Custom made food truck space available at a neighborhood car wash location. Water, Sewage, Electicity on site. Car wash stays busy and attracts people from several miles away. There is are almost no food vendors in the area, with the exception of fast-food chains closer to I-45... main competition is food inside a gas station, el salvadoran food truck and fast food.

Location will be in parking lot/space in front of our tattoo shop. The shop is located directly next door to Radio Coffee. Tons of Foot traffic and plenty of shade trees. We are located right behind Dans Hamburgers. Interested in having a shaved ice , small to medium size trailer/truck parked during business hours or more.

Our organization manages a large property that includes a park, historic homes, buildings and a museum. We are exploring the opportunity to increase foot traffic and improve our guest's experience by having food trucks onsite.
