We are a full service truck shop for big rigs/semis; We also offer monthly parking for truck drivers - so there is constant traffic at our location from our tenants + patrons alone (not to mention our shop employees). We are located right off Loop 820 S (just west of Lake Arlington) - tons of commuters and businesses right here. There is a ton of construction in the area, so there are many workers needing a spot to eat! We can offer secure parking in our gated lot (if you'd like to leave your food truck here at the end of your work day). Great location in the parking lot of Palios in Godley on N Hwy 171.
We are a new distillery opening in Denton in the Fall- looking for a September opening- Official date TBA. I have 3-4 parking spots available. Electric hook ups, but no water or gas. Pictures provided are as it currently looks- landscaping is on the way.
