Driveway/patio space for a bar and coffee shop that does not have a food menu. Open 9am to midnight every day. Plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. Utilities included in rent.
We have a small cart pod on SE 37th and Division that shares a beautiful outdoor seating area and drink service with Someday Bar. The space is located down a charming alleyway along a bustling section of Division. We have had Whole Bowl and Ruthies in our space for years but Ruthies is sadly closing so we are looking for a new standout to fill the open space.

Our pod can host up to 20 food carts/trucks and sits in a busy shopping center near residential apartments, a sports complex, grocery stores, and two major intersections. We offer onsite restrooms, a large landscaped area, and a fenced-in, secure space. We’re committed to supporting local small businesses and creating a community-focused environment.
